With over 22 years of experience in the apparel industry, I have built my career through hands-on involvement in almost every stage of garment manufacturing and business development.
My professional journey began in knitting and expanded into dyeing, fabric merchandising, sampling, CAD, fabric consumption, marker planning, cutting efficiency, waste reduction, production coordination, merchandising, marketing, sourcing, and business development.
This comprehensive technical and commercial background has given me a practical understanding of the entire apparel supply chain—from product development to final shipment.

Throughout my career, I have worked with six leading corporate groups in Bangladesh in senior leadership roles, including Head of Sourcing, Merchandising, and Business Development.
I have also managed relationships with approximately 30 international customers across major markets, including the USA, UK, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland, Japan, Brazil, and Mexico. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of international buyers' expectations regarding product quality, competitive pricing, compliance, transparency, and on-time delivery.
